And since good health and less spending is something we think everyone will agree is a good idea, we’ve put together this challenge to help you get started.

Enter wholefoods. Nothing fancy, no hard to pronounce names or superfoods from the other side of the world. Just food, cooked at home, like our great grand parents ate.

“But I don’t have enough time!” You might be shouting at your device. We disagree. The food industry have tricked us into thinking that cooking is hard work and takes a long time. But it doesn’t have to! And this is why we named this challenge ‘10 Minutes to Wholefoods’, because we firmly believe with just a little (say 10 minutes) effort each day we can all get some serious wholefood loving going on in your home!

We are Lil and Trish. Twin sisters, Mums and wholefood lovers.

Lil is Mum to 2 girls. She’s a wholefood cook for busy families and Thermomix Queen.

Trish is a Mum of 3 boys. She’s a wholefoods obsessed qualified nutritionist and gut health practitioner.
