I’m a self-proclaimed wholefoods nutritionist: I use food as medicine first, teaching you how to bring real, nourishing foods back into your life. Supplements are kept simple and intentional - therapeutic foods first, then food-based options, and only clean synthetics when truly needed.

I centre my work around the gut, because it’s at the heart of so many body systems. By supporting digestion, detoxification, and microbial balance, we can create downstream improvements in hormones, weight, immunity, energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

My work is designed for women and families who are ready to transform their health from the root up. That takes commitment, support, guidance, and time. A single session and a basic plan can’t do that - and I won’t set you up for anything less than long-term vitality.

I never recommend a supplement or herb unless I truly believe it will make a meaningful difference.

The Flourish & Thrive Intensive (12 Weeks – $995 AUD)

A more in-depth program for women who have complex health issues, need high level support who want deeper transformation.

Includes:

  • 13x 1:1 Consults via Zoom (1x 60 min initial + 12x 15 min weekly check ins)

  • $150 functional testing voucher to go toward applicable testing (microbiome, OAT, appropriate pathology test)

  • Personalised Wellness Plan: diet and lifestyle protocols, food plan, meal suggestions & tools tailored to your body and goals

  • Email Support between sessions for accountability and troubleshooting

  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Integration Tools - meal frameworks, supplement strategy, self-care and stress support
